Ingredients
Solid vegetable shortening

all purpose flour

granulated sugar

nonfat plain greek yogurt

milk

For the glaze and drizzle

white chocolate melting wafers

dark chocolate melting wafers

Instructions
Preheat the solid shortening in a large dutch oven until 350 degrees F. Adjust burner to keep temperature steady.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another large bowl, using a hand whisk, whisk together the yogurt, milk, and egg.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients stirring until just combined.
Turn the donut dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead lighty and roll dough out until about 1 inch thick.
Using a donut cutter, cut donuts out and transfer to a plate.
Place donut dough in the prepared hot grease and deep fry for 3-4 minutes, until donuts are browned and cooked through.
Remove donuts from grease and place on a large baking sheet lined with paper towels. Cool completely.
For the icing drizzle
Using two separate microwaveable bowls, melt the candy melts according to package instructions.
Drizzle candy melts over top of donuts in desired pattern.
