Ingredients

cooked chicken
cubed

cup
halved seedless grapes
1

sliced almonds
toasted

stalks
celery
finely diced
2
scallions, white and green parts
thinly sliced

tablespoon
fresh dill
chopped

mayonnaise

tablespoon
lemon juice
freshly squeezed

djion mustard

teaspoon
salt

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice with a hand whisk, until well combined.
Add the chicken, grapes, almonds, celery, scallions, and fresh dill. Toss to coat.

Tips and Substitutions
If you don't have leftover chicken, buy pre-cooked chicken from the store. Or, do like I do and make a rotisserie chicken at home.
Substitute greek yogurt for the mayonnaise to lighten the salad up.
Use toasted pecans or walnuts in place of the almonds.
Use green grapes or purple grapes, but make sure they are seedless.
Substitute dried cranberries or cherries for the grapes.
