In a large shallow bowl, whisk together egg, cinnamon, vanilla, and half and half. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture on bottom half of each slider roll. Cover with top of bun and press with the palm of our hand to flatten the slider roll.
Repeat with remaining rolls.
Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. When skillet is hot, spray with cooking spray if needed.
Dip stuffed french toast in egg mixture and place in hot skillet. Cook until golden brown on each side pressing bun slightly with when cooking.
