This Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a fast and flavorful dish that brings all the bold, spicy flavor of buffalo wings to your dinner table. No frying needed, it's simple to ake, family friendly, and perfect for using up leftover chicken.
In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce, and ranch dressing. Set aside.
Place shredded chicken in medium bowl and spoon 2 tablespoons of sauce on top of chicken. Toss to coat.
Place flat bread crust on baking sheet and top with buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese. Top flatbread with seasoned chicken and blue cheese crumbles.
Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese has melted and flatbread crust is golden brown.
Season with more hot sauce and black pepper and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
