In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, and cilantro until creamy and fully incorporated.
Roll out crescent roll dough and separate crescent rolls into triangles along the perforations.
Spread chicken mixture evenly over crescent dough triangles.Starting at the wide end of the crescent roll, roll dough up tight and curve the ends slightly creating a half-moon shape.
Place crescent dough rolls on an ungreased large cookie sheet.Bake 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
