Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
In a large bowl, toss together the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing to coat well.
Place 1 cup of lettuce in the bottom of 4 large shallow bowl.
Top the lettuce with 1 cup of cooked quinoa, the buffalo chicken mixture, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, blue cheese crumbles, and garnish with green onion slices.
