These ground beef sliders are loaded with everything you love about a bacon cheeseburger but baked into buttery sweet rolls with melty layers of cheese. They're quick to prep, great for sharing, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend party.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, combine ground beef and diced onions, cooking and chopping for 7 minutes, until beef is browned. Spoon any excess fat out of the skillet and place in a disposable container.
Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, diced tomatoes, stone ground mustard, and worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat, until tomatoes have released their juice and reduced.
Cut the hawaiian sweet rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish. Place 5 slices of american cheese in a single layer over top of the roll bottoms. You will need to cut one slice in half to make the cheese fit.
Evenly spread the cooked beef mixture over top of the cheese layer.Place bacon on top of the beef mixture, then top with remaining cheese. Place bun tops on last cheese layer.
Place the butter, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, and dijon mustard in a small microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, until butter is just melted. Stir to combine.
Using a silicone brush, coat the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture until completely saturated. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Place uncovered in preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes, until beef mixture is hot, cheese has melted, and tops of the rolls are golden brown.
