2teaspoonssambal oelek, adjust according to heat sensitivity
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place drumsticks in baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 35 minutes. Chicken should be golden brown with crispy skin.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegar, tamari, honey and sambal oelek. Pour over baked drumsticks. Using tongs, turn chicken to coat with sauce.
Place chicken legs back in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and turn chicken to coat with more sauce.
