Chorizo Jalapeno Potato Puff Bites are made with fresh ingredients and bring bold flavor to your appetizer tray! These baked or air fried potato puffs make party time extra fun and delicious! Each bite is accompanied by a chipotle sour cream sauce that sets the bite off to perfection!
Place mashed potatoes in large bowl. Add shredded cheese, diced jalapeno pepper, minced chorizo, and eggs, stirring until well combined.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop 1-½ tablespoons of the potato mixture onto parchment lined air fryer basket or in a round accessory dish that has been well oiled with either olive oil or cooking spray. Leave some space between each potato puff and line them in a single layer in the pan.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, until potato puffs are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
While the potato puffs are cooking, make the chipotle sauce. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, chipotle powder, and salt.
