Crispy air fryer salmon bites are tender inside and glazed with a sweet and spicy gochujang glaze and make a delicious quick and easy weeknight dinner with your favorite veggie side dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, mirin, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic until combined.
Place salmon cubes in another small mixing bowl and cover with combined marinade ingredients. Set aside and allow to marinate for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.Spray air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray.
Place salmon chunks in air fryer basket or tray in a single layer, leaving room between pieces to allow air to circulate. Reserve remaining glaze for later use.
Place basket or tray in air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove salmon from air fryer and using a silicone brush, brush any leftover glaze over salmon bites.
Return salmon to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
