In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In another large bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg yolks, eggnog, and vanilla to the butter mixture. Mix on medium speed until all ingredients are incorporated.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mixing until completely incorporated.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a small cookie scoop, form into dough balls and place it in the air fryer basket on top of the parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie to allow for spreading.
Cook at 325°f for 6-8 minutes or until edges start to crisp and turn golden.
Remove cookies from air fryer and cool completely on a wire rack before storing.
