You will fall in love with this easy to make 2 ingredient pizza dough from weight watchers. I have added an optional ingredient of wheat germ to boost the nutritional factor and fiber. This dough makes wonderful personal pan sized pizzas or one whole pizza that serves 4 people!
Preheat oven to In a large bowl, whisk together the self rising flour and wheat germ.Add the nonfat greek yogurt to the dry ingredients, and using a wooden spoon, stir until the dough becomes shaggy.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead dough until smooth and elastic adding a little extra flour if needed.
To make the pizza, press the dough out into desired shape and size on either a personal pizza pan, baking sheet, or pizza stone.
Place the pizza crusts in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.Remove crusts from oven and spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheeses and return to the oven to bake 10 minutes longer, until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted and begun to brown.
Remove from oven and cool 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
