Ingredients

cup
peanut butter
1
cup
powdered monkfruit
4
tablespoons
heavy cream
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine peanut butter and powdered sweetener.
Add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Add remaining heavy cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until frosting is smooth and spreadable.
Use to frost your favorite sugar-free cakes or cupcakes.
