Canned biscuit dough is coated with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with jam and melted peanut butter for a delicious childhood favorite recreated as Peanut Butter and Jelly Monkey Bread.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9" round cake pan with cooking spray.
Cut biscuits into quarters then toss with cinnamon sugar mixture in a large mixing bowl.
Place ½ cinnamon sugar coated biscuit mixture in bottom of prepared pan. It will not cover the entire bottom of the pan.
Place jam in a microwave safe small bowl and heat for 30 seconds. This is long enough to loosen the jam and make it easy to drizzle over the biscuit dough.
Place 2nd layer of biscuits pieces over top of jam covered biscuit pieces. Place in oven and bake 23-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Remove monkey bread from oven and place on cooling rack.
Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth. Peanut butter will be slightly runny. Drizzle peanut butter over top of baked monkey bread. Let cool 10 minutes.
Mix confectioner's sugar, milk, and vanilla . Drizzle icing over top of over top of monkey bread. Serve warm.
