Ingredients

pork roast

of warm water

teaspoon
better than bouillon
roasted beef base
½
ounce
ranch seasoning
½
teaspoon
low sodium soy sauce
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
cup
salted butter
6-8
whole pepperoncini’s
+2 tablespoons of juice
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together water, bouillon base, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Add the pork roast to the slow cooker and pour the bouillon mixture over top.
Sprinkle pork roast with ranch seasoning.
Cut butter into 6 or 7 slices and scatter the butter slices over pork roast.
Arrange pepperoncini’s evenly around the roast in the slow cooker, adding the juice as well.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours. The pork should be fork tender, and easy to shred.
If desired, remove a little bit of the extra liquid and then shred the cooked pork in the slow cooker to be mixed with the juices.
