15.25 ounces lemon cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Prepare cookie dough

To a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, blend together until ingredients are smooth.
Add white chocolate chips and mix well. Cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and place the dough inside the refrigerator. Chill for 30 minutes.

Bake the cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add powdered sugar to a shallow small bowl.
Using a ¼ cup sized measure, scoop cookie dough from the bowl. Roll dough between the palms of your hands, forming round, smooth, cookie dough balls.
Add the dough ball to the prepared bowl of powdered sugar, covering the dough fully. Place cookie dough balls on parchment lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Repeat for each cookie.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, until cookies are set.
When done, allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
