Combine turkey and garlic with the pepper mixture. Saute 2 minutes or until turkey is warmed through. Season with salt and black pepper.
Spread tostada shells with refried beans and turkey mixture. Drizzle with cranberry chipotle sauce and sprinkle with queso fresco.
