Fresh Jalapenos stuffed with a cheesy veal and pork filling and wrapped up in bacon. A delicious, keto appetizer that is high on fat, low on carbs, and moderate on protein.
Add butter to hot skillet to melt. Turn down heat to medium. Immediately add veal and pork. Cook until well browned. Stir in chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onions powder, and oregano.
Remove seasoned, cooked meat from burner and place in mixing bowl. Add cheddar and cream cheese and stir until combined.
Slice jalapenos in half and remove seeds. Using a teaspoon, fill jalapeno halves with meat filling then wrap with ½ slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick if needed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
