1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup regular oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
⅓ cup white chocolate chips
⅓ cup flaked sweetened coconut
¼ cup chopped macadamia nuts
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup butter melted
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper that has lightly been sprayed with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, white chocolate chips, coconut, macadamia nuts, and baking soda. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine butter, water, and honey, stirring well to combine.
Add butter mixture to flour mixture, stirring until well-blended. Drop by level tablespoons 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until almost set. Cool on pan 2 to 3 minutes or until firm. Remove cookies from pan, and cool completely on wire racks.
