Ingredients

part skim mozzarella cheese

cup
sliced grape tomatoes

basil leaves

pizza dough
Instructions
Heat the olive oil In a medium skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add the pepper and onions and saute for 2 minutes, until peppers begin to soften. Stir in the sliced garlic and cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.
Add the shredded chicken and butter to the pepper mixture and stir until butter is melted and mixture is warm. Remove from heat.
Portion dough into 8 equal pieces. Form each portion into an individual round circle and place on pizza pan.
Once the pizzas are formed, assemble pizzas as follows: parmesan cheese (optional), mozzarella cheese, chicken mixture, sliced tomatoes.
Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until dough is golden and cheese is browned.
Remove pizzas from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
