Ingredients

4 english muffins split in half
½ cup pizza sauce
4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
½ cup mushrooms sliced
¼ cup roasted red peppers diced
¼ cup red onion slices

Instructions

If using an oven, preheat oven to 400℉. Lay the English muffin halves out onto a board or a baking sheet.
Spread the 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the top half of each muffin.
Top each muffin half evenly with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and red onion slices.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or place in the air fryer and air fry for 10 minutes on 400° or until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
