- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup salted butter room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, mix together cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined
- Mix 1 cup of sugar at a time, until smooth and creamy. Use to frost your favorite cake or cupcake recipes.
