Trim any silver skin from meat and cut into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl whisk together the honey, Worcestershire sauce, vanilla extract, cumin, liquid smoke, olive oil, minced onion, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar. Toss with steak bites and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove the steak pieces from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Discard the marinade.
