Air Fryer Cheesy Gordita Crunch
A Cheesy Gordita Crunch is a Taco Bell favorite made by wrapping a warm flatbread (or soft pita) with melted three-cheese blend around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, real cheddar, and creamy spicy ranch sauce.

- Large baking sheet , (to heat taco shells in oven)
Ingredients
- 5 mini naan or pita bread trimmed to taco shell size (if needed)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 5 crunchy taco shells pre-warmed
- 1½ cups taco meat
- 2 cups shredded lettuce iceberg
- roma tomato diced (optional)
- Hot sauce (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Warm hard taco shells as directed on packaging and keep warm.
- While the taco shells are heating, place the trimmed pita bread in an air fryer basket and top with shredded cheddar cheese to completely cover.
- Cook at 350°f for 4-6 minutes until cheese is completely melted and gooey.
- Remove and place the crunchy shell on the cheesy flatbread closing the shell inside the warm flatbread.
- Fill with shells with taco meat, lettuce, more shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, sour cream, and spicy ranch sauce.
