INGREDIENTS

- russet potatoes - cheddar cheese - bacon - olive oil - garlic - salt and pepper - parsley

Using two spoons to prevent cutting all the way through, cut slices 1/8"-1/4" in potatoes.

Microwave potatoes for 10 minutes and cut cheese and bacon in the meantime.

Once potatoes have cooled to touch, place a slice of cheese and bacon alternating in each slice of the potatoes.

Brush with more oil, season with garlic, salt, and perfect and place in the air fryer basket.

Cook at 390°f for 20-30 minutes until potatoes are tender inside and crispy on the outside.
