Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Press pizza dough out onto pizza stone or baking sheet into pizza form. Bake pizza crust for 10 minutes, or until crust just begins to brown.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and warm until hot. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and transfer to the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until shrimp are almost pink.
Combine the cream cheese and sweet hot pepper jelly in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer until creamy. Set aside.
Remove pre-baked dough from oven and spread the warm crust with cream cheese mixture. Top the pizza with jalapeno slices, shrimp, and diced bacon.
Return pizza to oven and bake another 4-6 minutes, or until cheese is beginning to bubble and slightly brown.
