Ingredients

coconut milk

Instructions
Add the riced cauliflower and coconut milk to a large skillet. Season with salt and sugar and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Turn the heat down to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro (if using).
