Preheat the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, lay a stack of 6 tortillas on a cutting board and cut into 8 pieces per tortilla (similar to how you cut a pizza).
Lay the cut tortilla on air fryer basket or rack, depending on the type of air fryer you have.
Spray the tops of the tortillas with the cooking spray and sprinkle with a bit of taco seasoning. Flip the tortillas over, and repeat.
Place the tray back in the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the tray and flip over the tortilla chip and return to cook for 2 minutes more, or until the chips have browned.
