Place ¼ cup of pineapple and 4 slices jalapeno in a shaker and using a muddler, mash the pineapple and jalapeno together.
Add the ice cubes, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and pineapple juice. Cover and shake well. Strain the muddled pineapple and jalapeno from the margarita.
Mix together the sugar and black pepper on a small plate. Dip the edge of the drinking glass in a small amount of lime juice. Then dip in the sugar mixture.
Pour the pineapple jalapeno margarita into each glass.

Tips and Substitutions
No Cocktail Shaker? No Problem! Use a quart sized jar with a lid and shake! Just be sure to strain the muddled pineapple and jalapeno before pouring.
Try this jalapeno powder mixed with the sugar in place of the black pepper to rim the glass.
Rim with just sugar and no pepper.
If you prefer a salt rim, skip the sugar and pepper.
