Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil cooking spray.
Mash the bananas in a small mixing bowl. Add the eggs, cinnamon flavor drops, and melted butter. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt until combined.
Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until combined. Transfer the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with Peanut Butter Frosting if desired.
