Ingredients
[7 ounces
2 cups almond flour]
[1/4 cup collagen powder]
2
teaspoons
baking powder
1
teaspoon
salt
[2 tablespoons psyllium husk ]
4
large eggs
4
tablespoons
unsalted butter
melted
1/2
cup
hot tap water
[15 drops liquid stevia]

teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups almond flour, 1/4 cup collagen powder, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons psyllium husk.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 15 drops liquid stevia, and 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
Add egg mixture and butter to flour mixture and stir to combine.
Add hot tap water to bread batter and stir until well combined.
Place bread batter into 1.5 quart loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper lined loaf pan with cooking spray.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or when toothpick inserted into loaf comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack at least 10 minutes before slicing.
