In large mixing bowl, combine almond milk, white chia seeds, and 2 tablespoons of Jordan's Skinny Syrup. Stir well to combine, making sure there are no clumps of chia seeds.
Chop strawberries with 1 tablespoon of Jordan's Skinny Syrup. Add to chia mixture and stir to combine.
Cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap and place chia mixture in in refrigerator to sit overnight (or at least 8 hours).
After pudding has set, make heavy whipped cream. Add the heavy cream to a mixing bowl with 2 tablespoons Jordan's Skinny Syrup. Whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold heavy cream into chia pudding.
Divide mixture between 6 individual serving sized jars.
