Ingredients

butter
softened

packed light brown sugar

granulated sugar

vanilla extract

almond extract

macadamia nuts
, coarsely chopped

cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until thoroughly combined. Add the vanilla and almond extract and mix until combined.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the creamed butter and sugar mixture.
Stir in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
