These keto spiced nuts are lightly roasted with a sugar free sweet and chai spice mixture. They are perfect for snacking and great for holiday gatherings and as hostess gifts.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt butter in medium sized saucepan over low heat.
Add the sweetener, salt, chai spice seasoning, and vanilla extract to the butter and stir to combine.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the sweetener has dissolved. Stir in the nuts into the spice mixture and toss to coat well.
Spread the nut mixture on lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-5 minutes, stirring often, until the nuts are lightly toasted.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and cool, stirring often to prevent the nuts from sticking together. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container.
