These Cheesy Garlic Pepperoni Bites are a quick and easy recipe that is sure to make your next celebration tasty! Chock full of pepperoni and cheese. Spread with a little garlic butter before rolling up. Then cut into bite-sized treats before baking. This treat is too delicious not to eat up and enjoy with the rest of your family!
Lay the crescent roll sheet out onto a flat surface that has been dusted with a little bit of flour. Roll the dough lightly to flatten and stretch about ½ inch on all sides.
Mix the garlic powder and melted butter together.
Brush the butter mixture over top of crescent roll dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over top of the garlic butter on the dough surface.
Layer the pepperoni slices over top of the mozzarella cheese.
Roll the dough lengthwise starting at the side closest to you and pinch any dough back together where it may tear as rolling.
Slice the dough into 14 slices and place the pepperoni rolls in a cast iron skillet that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until rolls are browned. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.
