These juicy beef street tacos are made with marinated beef in the air fryer and served up in toasted corn street tacos garnished with fresh lime juice, onions, jalapenos, and cilantro.

Add the beef, stock, oil, and spices to a small bowl. Cover dish with plastic wrap and place in fridge to marinate for 1-2 hours. I recommend marinating at no less than 1 hour for the best flavor.
Transfer the beef and the marinade to a pan that fits the air fryer basket. Cook beef at 400°f for 15 minutes, Stirring halfway through.
Once cooked, using a slotted spoon, remove the meat from the juices and place the meat on a cutting board.
Chop the cooked beef into small pieces and combine with half the juices.Warm corn tortillas on a griddle on each side until toasty and warm.
Assemble tortilla with beef and garnish with onion, cilantro, jalapeños, fresh lime juice, and pickled jalapenos (if using).
