Add the coffee, butter, 3 teaspoons of monkfruit sweetener, and MCT oil (if using) to a blender. Cover and blend for 5 seconds, or until frothy. Pour into two coffee mugs.
Combine the remaining 1 teaspoon of sweetener with the cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the coffee mugs.

Unscrew the blender cap carefully to prevent steam burns. There will be steam trapped and you will hear the air release.
