A delicious copycat recipe for White Castle Sliders, a large beef patty is baked on a baking sheet and served on top of slider rolls in their signature square cut.
Line a small baking sheet with aluminium foil. Sprinkle onion flakes on foil lined baking sheet.
Crumble raw beef over top of the dried minced onions evenly. Pat burger firmly over top of onions making one giant burger. Sprinkle lightly with seasoning to taste.
Bake in oven for 15, until beef is cooked through. Remove pan from oven and carefully drain any grease from the pan. Using a paper towel, pat the top of burger with to absorb any fat that has accumulated on top.
Place 9 cheese slices on top of the meat and return burger back to the oven for 1 minute, until cheese begins to melt.
Remove burger from the oven and place the top bun on top of the beef patty, return to the oven for 1 minute.
Remove from the oven and cut into 12 equal squares. Using a small spatula, scoop burger from the baking sheet and place on the bottom buns.
Serve with a side of dill pickle slices, ketchup, and mustard.
