Combine the molasses, bourbon and mustard in a small bowl. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper, then brush with half the bourbon mixture. Preheat broiler on high.
Fry the pork chops
In a cast iron skillet, heat ½ tablespoon of the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook 2 minutes per side, until pork chops are golden brown. Transfer the pork chops to a plate.
Cook the beans
Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Add the baby bell pepper, green onion and garlic. Cook, over medium heat, for 3 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
