Grilled Pork Chops with Chipotle Sauce is a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Spicy sweet heat comes from a sugar free marinade that will please everyone in your family, especially the low carb, keto dieter!
In a mixing bowl, combined ½ cup sugar free ketchup, ⅓ cup seasoned rice vinegar (choose a zero carb vinegar), ⅓ cups Swerve Brown Sweetener, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, and 1 teaspoons chipotle chili powder.
Divide pork chops between two gallon sized plastic bags.
Reserve ¼ cup of chipotle sauce and set aside.
Pour remaining chipotle sauce evenly over pork chops in the gallon bags.
Seal, releasing air from bags, then massage bag with hands to distribute the sauce over the pork chops.
Refrigerator up to 1 hour.
Preheat grill on high. When it reaches 450 degrees, turn heat down to medium.
Place pork chops with chipotle sauce on grill and cook 8-10 minutes, turning about halfway.
