Sriracha Sesame Turkey Meatballs are glazed with a sweet and spicy sauce and served over a cauliflower bean puree. This is pure comfort food perfect for weeknight dinner.
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey and sesame oil until combined. Shape turkey mixture into 1" round meatballs.
Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until cooking spray until turkey is browned on all sides.
Remove meatballs from skillet and place on a paper towel lined plate. Set aside.
In a small bowl, using a hand whisk, mix water, ketchup, sriracha, hoisin sauce and Worcestershire sauce together until combined.
Stir sauce mixture into skillet that meatballs were cooked in and bring to boil. Immediately turn heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Return meatballs to skillet and toss to coat with sauce. Simmer for 7-10 minutes longer
For the Cauliflower Puree
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add onion and garlic and saute 5 minutes, until onion has softened.
Stir in chicken stock, mashed beans, cauliflower, milk, cornmeal and salt. Bring cauliflower mixture to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
Serve meatballs and sauce over top of cauliflower puree. Garnish with fresh cilantro (if using).

5 meatballs per serving - you should get 20 meatballs total.
