Mix dough ingredients in a stand mixer until the dough comes together.
Let the dough stand for 10 minutes, mix another 5, then knead by hand.
Spread the dough with butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar mixture over top.
Roll up and cut into 12 rolls, then cover and let rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes, then spread homemade frosting on warm rolls.
