The chocolate chip bundt cake calls for buttermilk.If you don't have buttermilk, make your own with 1 tbsp vinegar to 1 cup of milk.
Using cream of tartar when whipping egg whites will help stabilize the white. It only takes a little bit to do the job!

The cracks on top of the cake may or may not happen.Usually this means the cake was on the wrong oven rack or maybe the oven temperature was too hot.

Allow the cake 10 minutes before inverting it to the cooling rack. Removing too soon could cause the cake to break.
