🙋 Recipe FAQ's
Rice paper rolls are translucent round sheets made from white rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, and water. They rehydrated and filled and can be served fresh or fried.
Yes, however I wouldn't recommend frying summer fruit spring rolls as the fruit might burst leaving a liquidy mess.
Is there a good substitute for rice noodles?
Ramen noodles will work, however, they are not gluten free.
💭 Tips

Spaghetti carbonar used to be my favorite kids meal growing up. I ate it so often that when i got into my teen year i got tired of it. I have just recently gotten back to it and love it. This is a great recipe.

Those dessert spring rolls look great. I frequently have trouble with rice noodles and wraps - mine tend to fall apart from being over- or under-cooked.
