🙋 Recipe FAQ's
Rice paper rolls are translucent round sheets made from white rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, and water. They rehydrated and filled and can be served fresh or fried.
Yes, however I wouldn't recommend frying summer fruit spring rolls as the fruit might burst leaving a liquidy mess.
Is there a good substitute for rice noodles?
Ramen noodles will work, however, they are not gluten free.
💭 Tips
- Pat dry the fruit before adding it to the spring roll wraps.
- Over filling the spring rolls will cause the wrapper to bust.
- The spring roll wrappers are delicate so be careful when taking them out of the hot water.
- Laying the rehydrated wrapper on a cotton towel or bamboo cutting board will aid in handling the wrapping of the spring roll.

📖 Variations
- Replace the berries with large mango slices, coconut, and dragon fruit for a tropical fruit spring roll.
- Roll spring rolls in crushed nuts for added crunchy texture.
- Make these healthy spring rolls with your favorite fruit.
