We have an intern in our office who brought some banana cookies into work one day and they were made with just banana, oatmeal, and chocolate chips. I was impressed. They were good! I happened across a recipe similar to hers and decided to give it a try. I liked the fact these were sugar free, flour free, and egg free!

Flour, Egg and Sugar Free Banana Oatmeal Cookies

The only sugar is what is in the dark chocolate chips.  These are awesome and I certainly will make these again!  The original recipe calls for applesauce and raisins.  While I like raisins, I wanted to kill a chocolate craving.  I went with dark chocolate chips.  I also substituted sugar free apple butter for the applesauce.  If you can't find sugar free apple butter, then go ahead with the applesauce, but for future reference, you can make your own sugar free apple butter!
