- 1 lb good quality white melting chocolate
-
- 20 lollipop sticks
- Assorted Holiday Sprinkles-Edible Decorations
-
- Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-
- Place white chocolate in microwave safe bowl and heat on high in 30 second intervals. After about 1 minute in the microwave it should be melty with some chunks still in the chocolate. Do not continue to microwave. Stir the chocolate until the chunks completely melt.
-
- Set chocolate aside and let rest about 2 minutes.
-
- Using a large tablespoon, spoon chocolate into a circle onto the parchment paper. Lay lollipop stick in the middle of each round and give a slight twist.
- Decorate as desired and set aside to harden.
