Today’s #IceCreamWeek treat is Banana Split Finger Sandwiches!

Banana Split Finger Sandwiches #IceCreamWeek #smallplates #chocolate

Welcome to Day 4 of Ice Cream Week 2014! This year the event is hosted by Kim of Cravings of a Lunatic and Susan of The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen. We have teamed up with 25 amazing bloggers to make satisfy all your Ice Cream Cravings.

These were so simple and so delicious!  You can use any flavor ice cream to make these sandwiches.  I happened to choose Blue Bunny’s Sweet Freedom Banana Split Ice Cream which is one of Grumpy’s favs.  Quick and easy, you can have dessert ready in about 15 minutes prep and 45 minutes total freeze time!  These are an excellent mini food for your party, just 3 bites (if you’re me) or 1 bite (if you’re Grumpy) and your dessert is done 🙂

Wow, what a creative idea! I always seem to have leftover ladyfingers when making desserts with them…and now I know what to do with them! Yummy!!!!
