Today’s entry into the brunch contest was submitted by Carmen.  This is a recipe that her daughter gave her.  Carmen say’s that her daughter is a great cook!  This quiche was quick and easy to put together.  The baking was the longest part of the whole recipe :o)

Make sure to come back tomorrow for the last entry in the brunch contest!

Definitely love crab in a quiche. It's sweet and buttery–perfect for creamy eggs.
